Contest Rules

Maximum of (1) entry per person, per contest, per day.
At the discretion of fashionWATCH.com winners of a contest may be required to pay shipping and handling fees for the prize awarded.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit the fashionWATCH.com web site www. fashionprizes.com. Choose the contest you would like to enter and provide your name and a valid email address (winners will be notified by email only).

2. THE DRAW PROCESS: To determine the winner of a prize, a random draw will be held by fashionWATCH.com from eligible entries received on or before the date set for the close of a contest . The draw will take place at the fashionWATCH.com offices located at 642 King Street West, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario. Winning entrants will be notified by email. In the event that fashionWATCH.com is not able to contact a winner within five (5) days of the issuance of a notification email, the selected entry will be deemed to be null and void along with any rights to the prize and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible ballots. The odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible ballots received. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first be confirmed as to eligibility and then correctly answer, a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question, unaided by another person to be conducted during a prearranged telephone call at a prearranged time.

3. PRIZES: Prizes cannot be refunded and are not convertible to cash.

4. All prizes are subject to availability by the supplier. To claim prizes, winners must contact the office of fashionWATCH.com and may be required to provide information as to size, color or other relevant details. Prize winners cannot call fashionWATCH.com collect. Prize winners must call between 10am and 6pm North American Eastern Standard Time (Toronto).

5.To enter and claim a prize, a person must have attained the age of majority as of the date of a draw and may be obligated to pay for shipping and handling charges for a prize if requested.

6. By entering a contest entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the contest rules and the decisions of fashionWATCH.com, which shall be final and binding with respects to all aspects of the contest, including and without limitation the eligibility of entries.

7. All entries automatically become the property of fashionWATCH.com and will not be returned. fashionWATCH.com is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries.

8. By entering a contest the entrant agrees to accept all emails from fashionWATCH.com or any of its subsidiaries. fashionWATCH.com has the right to use any information supplied by the entrant for its own purposes as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9.By entering a contest a contestant agrees to indemnify and hold fashionWATCH.com, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless and to release them from any and all liability, damages, or cause whatsoever , however named or decided, with respect to or arising out of participation in a contest, or the receipt or use of the prize awarded.

10. The final prizes are provided by the supplier when the prize winner has been chosen and are subject to availability. fashionWATCH.com assumes no responsibility in the event that a supplier does not provide a prize. However, fashionWATCH.com will attempt to take all reasonable measures to insure that a prize is made available for the winner in a timely manner. The actual prize may differ from the prize depicted.

11. fashionWATCH.com, its agents and assigns are not responsible for technical, internet, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind and lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit the ability to participate in a contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing entries. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of fashionWATCH.com, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper concluding of a contest), the contest can not be completed as described in the rules, fashionWATCH.com shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

12. A contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada, the Province of Ontario and the City of Toronto. To receive a list of winners' names, send a sufficiently stamped self-addressed envelope to:
